Welcome to the Wara2y.com Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program operated by XRETE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate” or “you”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

Program Overview

The Wara2y.com Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting Wara2y.com and driving sales through your unique affiliate links. Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made by customers who click on your affiliate links.

Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have a valid website, blog, social media presence, or other promotional channels.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to reject your participation in the Program at any time without giving a reason.

Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: You will earn a commission of 10% of the net order value for each qualifying purchase made through your affiliate links.
• Net Order Value: The net order value is the total purchase amount excluding taxes, handling fees, transaction fees, and any discounts.
• Qualifying Purchases: A sale must meet the following criteria to qualify for a commission:
  • The customer must click your unique affiliate link and complete the purchase within the same session (or within the cookie duration, typically 30 days).
  • The sale must not be refunded, canceled, or charged back.

Payment

• Payment Threshold: Commissions will be paid once your earnings reach the minimum threshold of $100.
• Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, within 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale was made.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your commission payments.

Affiliate Responsibilities

By participating in the Program, you agree to:

• Promote Wara2y.com in a lawful and ethical manner.
• Not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices (e.g., false advertising, cookie stuffing).
• Not use paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads) to promote Wara2y.com without prior written approval.
• Not create or use websites, social media accounts, or content that violate intellectual property rights, contain offensive material, or promote illegal activities.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Spamming or unsolicited email marketing.
• Misrepresenting Wara2y.com or its products.
• Using unauthorized promotional methods (e.g., fake coupons, unauthorized discounts).
• Creating fake accounts or self-referring to earn commissions.
• Misrepresenting your relationship with Wara2y.com such as but not limited to, introduce yourself as an employee in Wara2y.com.

Termination

• By You: You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to affiliate@wara2y.com. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your affiliate dashboard, and any unpaid commissions for qualifying purchases made prior to termination will be paid in accordance with Section 4 (Payment).
• By Us: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing you with 30 days’ written notice. However, we may terminate your participation immediately without noticeif:
  • You violate these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited activities in Section 6 (Prohibited Activities).
  • You engage in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities related to the Program.
  • You misrepresent Wara2y.com or its products.

In the event of termination with cause, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited. If terminated without cause, you will be eligible to receive unpaid commissions for qualifying purchases made prior to termination, subject to the payment terms in Section 4 (Payment).

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability

• Wara2y.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program.
• Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, United States.
